LARSEN sind ein experimentelles Musikerkollektiv, das an den Schnittstellen von Soundcapes und Ambient, Ritual Music, Urban Folk, Avantgarde und Independent agiert. So schwer der musikalische Stil der Band mit einfachen Worten zu fassen ist, so interessant sind auch die musikalischen Gäste, die bei dieser Liveaufführung mitwirkten.
Das Kollektiv zollt mit Musik, Worten, Tanz und Text seinen Tribut an den brillanten tschechischen Ausnahmekünstler KAREL TEIGE.
Teige war ein berühmter Typograf, Mitbegründer der Avantgardegruppierung "Devětsil" und nicht zuletzt Gastdozent am Bauhaus zu Dessau.
Eine CD Version dieser Live Aufzeichnung erschien 2007 ursprünglich auf dem amerikanischen Label "Important Records".
Die SPECIAL"L" VINYL-Edition kommt in einem aufwendig produzierten Artwork und ist weltweit auf 99 Stück limitiert.
"ABECEDA" erschien 2010 auf BEHIND s.r.b., dem Vorgängerlabel von OtSK.

LARSEN is an experimental music-collective operating closely to the gateway of Sounds capes and Ambient, Ritual Music, Urban Folk, Avant-garde and Independent. As hard as it is to capture the band’s musical style, as interesting it is to see the musical guests who have been participating in this live performance.
The collective paying tribute with music, words, dance and text to the brillian Czech typographer, founder of "Devětsil" and visiting lecturer at the Bauhaus, Karel Teige.
A CD version of this live recording was originally released in 2007 on the American label "Important Records". The SPECIAL "L" VINYL-Edition comes in an elaborately produced artwork and is limited to 99 pieces worldwide. "ABECEDA" was released in 2010 on BEHIND s.r.b., OtSK's predecessor label.
